Caller asked for our HR department. We have many entities under our umbrella. It took me nearly 10 minutes to finally get the information from her of what she wanted. She had already received employment verification but called our corporate office to pursue further. She told me they referred her to this office which they didn't. This was suspicious to me because of me verifying she had the information she needed. Caller ID said CHECKADVANCEUSA
