a recorded phone message that the license key agreement has expired with microsoft. red flag! microsoft is like the IRS. they never call you! wanted a google play card in an amount starting at $100. for a year's renewal to $400. for 5 years. total scam! caller was foreign, possibly india.
caller stated my microsoft license was expired and i am locked out of microsoft. this is not true!!
