Calling saying he is with Publisher Clearing House. He got up set and used some fowl language.

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 876-252-6145 TWICE. I HUNG UP THE FIRST TIME AND HE COME BACK SAYNG I HUNG UP IN HIS FACE AND I TOLD HIM THIS IS A SCAM..HE NO, WHY WOULD I SAY THAT, I SAID BECAUSE I CAN'T UNDETSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING. HE SAID I'M TALKING SLOW SO I CAN UNDERSTAND HIM "LIKE I'M SPECIAL OF SOMETHING". I HUNG UP AND BLOCK THE CALL.
