Complaints about Phone Numbers876-320-####

Got a call just now telling me I won PCH and that I needed to pay 4,000 in taxes to recieve

Tried to verify name & address claim to be from PCH & want to deliver 2.5 million along with a new mercedes. I hung up & they called back again upset that I would not verify information

Called saying they were publisher clearing house. Wanted to me to verify my name and address which he probably googled or something. I refused to moved forward over the phone. He says he will send something in the mail and call back

Claims to be calling from The Publisher's Clearing House. Caller ID clearly shows origination from Kingston, Jamaica. When challenged, caller states calling from Jericho, Jamaica, NEW YORK. In my case, ruse was NOT to solicit funds in order to release PCH Prize money but to get MY correct name and address to go with the number he called. He correctly identified MY phone number IN my city and state. When I refused to do this over the phone and suggested he send me a letter or Email, as they (the real PCH) had both, attached to my fon number, the line went dead. Line rings as Constant Busy signal when called back. Probably (and Thankfully!) cuz no Country Code shows on Caller ID
