Call from 876-351-6973. Caller identified self as John McCarthy of "American Sweepstakes and Lottery" and said I had won $17 million and a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLC. He then ask me to write down his badge number, a package number and a phone number. I strung him on for a few minutes, then told him I knew it was a scam and I was getting bored. He cursed me and hung up. Jan 17, 2022. 1:07PM,MST.
This number called me and tried to get me to buy visa gift cards in order to claim a publisher's clearing house winnings. I did manage to keep them on the phone for 10 minutes though.
They called n said I won PCH prize. He wanted 50.00 for fees. I told him I didn't have it, he said I was lying. I told him to donate the prize to charity....
Same number 1-(876)351-5364 came up as Kingston ,Surrey County, Jamaica so I did not answer
American sweepstakes and lottery the guys supposed name was John McCarthy said I won a prize of 2.5 million dollars and a car. He gave me a bunch of information and confirmation numbers to write down. Also told me I have to purchase a gift card for $500 to claim my prize. Transferred me to a woman to talk to also. There multiple people working together there persistent and will call you back if you are busy.

Difficult accent to understand. He said he was John McCarthy calling from Publishers Clearinghouse, and that I'd won something. I replied that I didn't participate in Publishers Clearinghouse, so he hung up.
