I received a call from 876-357-4096 at 3:06 P.M. today.He identified himself as David. Claimed to be with P.C.H. and I am a winner. I said, "if you were a real representative of P.C.H. you would not be calling me. But I would be notified in another way. You sound like a man called David that called me two or three years ago and told me a bunch of junk. I think it time for me to hang up." He said, "You are a red-neck." and he hung up-.

I said, "If you were a real representative of PCH you would not be calling me. But I would receive a mailing or a personal delivery. You sound like a man called David that called me two or three years ago & told me a bunch of junk. I think it's time for me to hang up." He said, "You are a red-neck" and he hung up.
