Chad Miller called twice to get me to pay a portion of taxes on $950,000 winnings with PCH. Inquired as to what bank I bank with. Advised him it didn't matter, just bring the check. Told him I would just pay the taxes when I got the money. He hung up on me the 1st call. 2nd call, I hung up on him. caller id says call from Kingston, Jamaica.

10:00pm I get a call from Jamaica. I answered because I had been dealing with a missing package from Amazon so I thought it may be them calling me back. He said hello a couple of times and insisted that he had a missed call from me. When I told him that was funny because I had made no calls he changed it to "My name is Ron with Publishers Clearing House" I told him I dont do Publishers Clearing so he said he must have the wrong number
