he said he was with publishers clearing house, and i was awarded 2nd place, a Mercedes Benz and 5 million dollars, how did i wish to receive the options were public or private, i said public he said but you will be all over the tv around the world, i said OK that is fine. he then said it will be 2500 for public award and 500 for private. i then said i dont have a dime to my name until you give me the 5 mill, but you can just take that fee off the top to cover it... then he said get off my phone you geek and hung up

told him i was homeless, and he hung up
Repeatedly called late in the evening refused to identify himself called 3 times after being hung up on .
Told me I won money, asked for my age, gave him a different age, long pause.... he said "fuck you" and hung up. Called my back saying a won 2 million dollars and then hung up again.
They sent me a message saying please call, but would not identify themselves. Do they think I am stupid?
Tried to say I won money through PCH. Hung up on him
