The person said his name was Michael Collins with Publisher Clearing House and that I was second runner up. He said there was no catch and wanted my address. He asked if I still live in Cedar Rapids. I said that I want to know what address he had. He said he cannot give that information out. When I refused to, he then gave me some street name that I never lived on. When I told him that I do not live there and that I will not give out that information over the phone, he then hung up. This person talked very slow English. If I would have looked at the number and location closer, I would not have answered it in the first place.
