Got a call from 876-391-9849 saying they are from Publishers Clearing House and I’m a winner. When I questioned the caller he hung up. I called back and questioned him (David) then hung up on him. He called me back again asking my name and where I’m from saying I’m not a winner. Total scam.
Person with foreign accent claiming to be David Peterson calling from Publishers Clearing House to notify me that I had won over a million dollars and a vehicle. Totally a scam!
This number called me in Utah at 0612 am asking how I’m doing today and attempting to go into a telemarketer spill. I told the caller what time it was and to add me to the do not call list and blocked the number. It registered in my phone as ‘Kingston, Surrey County, Jamaica’.
Who won the car in $5 million and he doesn’t stop call me wants 1% fee

This was the third unidentifiable call I've gotten in the last half hour. The first two had 216 area codes, and one of those was ID'd as a robocall; they also had, as a caller ID, the letter "V" followed by a long string of at least 14 numerals. I did not answer any of them. What the hell happened to the government's promise to stop robocalls?!?
