Publishers Clearing House exam, but the guy was a big idiot who could barely read his fraud script.
Got a call from this number. Called it back and got told he was Dave Sayer from Publishers Clearing House and my phone number had been chosen as a winner. Guy was actually pretty good until he started mispronouncing words as we say them here in the USA.
