Same as above. Said they were with Publisher's Clearing House and that I was a 2nd place winner for a car and like $900,000. After he said that he disconnected.
Said his name was Floyd Spencer of Publisher's Clearing House. Said car and check was on its way... Second place winner. I hung up. He called repeatedly. I blocked him and contacted the actual Publisher's Clearing House and they alerted the authorities.
