received a call from this number. The man Oliver West said I won 5 million dollars. In order to claim the money I needed to go to Walmart and pay for a transaction fee of $233.00. I told him that I would go at lunch and send the money. He took my name and address, (I just moved and serious fire damage), so my old address. He said he would call me back after lunch to see if I had sent the money, which I have no plans on doing. His name or the name he gave me was Oliver West and his call back number was 619-720-3150. I was supposed to send the money to Kenneth Scott in Hardy, AR 72542.
