Just got a call, he was telling me I won 3.2 million dollars and a new 2020 car I kept harrassing him about being a scammer and he finally hung up on me

I got a call from this number. I don't know anyone in Jamaica. I advise people that get a call from this number not to answer and just to block immediately.

Caller is a scammer from Kingston, Jamaica, trying to convince you that you've won a Publishing Clearing House sweepstakes that if you're like me, you never entered. Caller asked for me by name. Said I won nearly $2M and a brand new car. All I had to do was pay a state transfer fee (whatever that is). I didn't get a dollar amount. I didn't clearly understand how to pay, but I was to pay the CFO of Publisher's Clearing house. Unless you know someone who lives in or is visiting Jamaica and doesn't have a cell phone, save yourself some aggravation and block the call without answering.
