caller said I could not stop him from calling my number after I told him I was On the do not call list.
this phone number is harassing me..each time I answer it sounds like somebody changing their voice saying they are from publishers clearing house. I'm an Ar resident

The guy who called has a thick Caribbean accent. I asked his name, he said David and when I asked for his number, he said check your caller ID then changed it to (217)773-0983. He is asking about my senior citizen patient. He is a scammer.
