Caller stated his name was: Andrew Goldburg Badge # 2549PCH Claimed to be a PCH Manager Supervisor, said that he was calling to let me know that I won the PCH drawing 2nd place and wanted me to go to Wal Mart and send $399 on a store to store transfer to his camera crew so they could pay the state Releasement fee and get my Claimers Reciept for winning their drawing. Then they would bring my first $5000 cash payment and my $2,500,000 check. When he first called his # showed: "Private Number", when he called back his # showed: "(876) 459-5858".
