Recorded message, says he James Webster, that I've won sweepstakes. Call back is given same number. Comes up when Googled as a Jamaica.
Caller stated he worked for Publisher's Clearing House. Said I had placed 3rd and won 1.5 million and a Mercedes. Said I had won because my telephone number was chosen. When I told him I was skeptical and asked for the name of the CEO of PCH, he hung up. He then called back, and stated this was not a scam. My laughter caused him to hang up again. Caller: "Publishers
