Received a call from 876-509-4582. Caller asked for me by name so I asked what the call was about. Caller said it was about a Publisher Clearing House entry that I submitted that had money and prizes attached. I said the connection was bad and if there was a number to call back. Caller hung up. This call should not have come through because the number is on the DoNotCall register.
