Same number here, live person using a goofy North Dakota accent saying he was from Publisher's Clearing House. I hung up immediately.
Had a call saying it was publishers clearing house and I had won $950,000 and a new car. In order to win, they only needed $285.00 process fee. That's when I hung up
Called 6:30am with publishers clearing house winner.....ha ha..knew we were grandparents called us by name..
Claimed I won Publisher's Clearinghouse. He asked where I was located and hung up when I asked where HE was located.
Trying to tell me that I won $2.5 million from Publisher's Clearing House and a 2018 Mercedes Benz. Wanted me to go to the post office and mail a check for $999.99 to the IRS to cover 1% of the taxes.
Caller said I won $2.5 MM and a Mercedes Benz. Said his name was Joseph Riley of Publishers Clearing House. Spoke like a crackhead. Told him I didn't believe him and he sounded like a scammer. Fed him to my call blocker.
