Strongly suspect a scammer. "Kevin" stated he was with Senior Care. Calling me because I had Medicare. He had my name and age and asked if I had joint pain, in my back or knees. He was short on any further facts, but long on insults and repeating himself. Caller ID showed the number as 469-270-1494. He said he was in NJ and their number was 876-534-5581. I called back to 469-270-1494 and a "Simeon" answered. He said he had info that I suffered from arthritis pain. He still would not tell me from the list came from. Both 'callers' had an accent.
