# comes across caller iID as 876-539-9359. Kington, Surrey County Jamaica. I supposedly won a macra( their pronunciation) million lottery. During the conversation it was 2.5 million, 1.9 million and 4.5 million plus a range rover. I only needed to pay 1% tax. They said it was for the state of Arkansas. However I live in Georgia and asked what the Georgia tax would be. Ya that through them for a loop. I told them I didn't pay for winning something. He kept trying to persuade me that he wasn't a scam. That he was a millionaire. I politely told him to bless someone else with winnings and hung up.
