Person named himself as John Carter purporting to represent Publishers Clearing House called from restricted caller ID saying he and three others ( Bob Erickson the driver, Steve Harvey the host, and their attorney) would arrive at my home in two hours 45 minutes to deliver $3.5 million check drawn on Bank of America plus 2020 Mercedes Benz convertible plus $5,000 weekly for life. I would need to dress, go to bank for $500 to pay for the state registration fee, go to discount store to load the money on a OneVanilla Visa card, all the while staying on the phone line with him, telling absolutely no one not even the police. They would also need to watch me deposit the big check and have me fill out a T190 form. I said that if I allowed them to come, I would definitely have the police present.
