They claim to be publisher clearing house stating you have won 2.8 million dollars. Just give them some money upfront so they can release it! Upon telling the person that it is indeed a scam, they said, "Clearly this is publisher clearing house, who the fuck else do you think it is." Ahh yes, much words were exchanged, but no, do not give them any money.
