Called from Jamaica and had an accent. Claimed to be from the Publisher’s Clearinghouse. Wanted me to send a $1950 deposit check to Simone Huntley. Provided a fake address: 11247 San Jose Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32223. The address is a bus stop.
Got a call from an "Unknown" number. I answered it and they told me I had won 3.5million from Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes. I asked them for a phone number so I could call them back and they gave me 1-876-578-6534.
Keep calling (3 times in less than 20 minutes). Message is hard to understand but definitely a scammer. will call attorney-general if continues.
This number called my cell phone. It was a scam telling me I had won 1.5 million dollars from Publishers Clearing House drawing. Follow instructions and dont tell anyone. Go to WalMart to get receipt ( ?) . They would stay on phone and instruct me. Googled this while on phone with them. Total scam!
