Said he was part of publishers clearinghouse. Passive aggressive when speaking. Asked me numerous times for $200.

Called and left message that they had a certified check they needed to deliver to me. Anyone that has my phone number has my mailing address. Scam call.
Scamming to see if one would be home to deliver a UPS package at a specific time. This is really unsettling . Called the police!
