This guy is telling me I won $550K from Publishers Clearing House. All I have to do is send $899 to an address in Pennsylvania first. I have been messing with him for 2 days. Given all of the detailed contact info I have for him, I tried to report him to the PA Attorney General. Al they wanted me to do was file a complaint. I told them I had his number, and a name and address to mail the money. I told them I checked with the local post office for an address change (a way to reroute the check) and there was none. The person at the address was not the name I was given. I suspect either a "porch pirate" would be watching the mail carrier or -- perhaps -- someone with the post office was involved. They didn't care. "You have to file a complaint." So who cares about fraud? LEOs sure don't. BTW, he has called me 5x so far today, but I am not answering yet. Let the games continue.
