not honestly a PCH contest. when i told them i lived outside the USA (a counter Fib) i heard them typing that info into a computer keyboard and they immediately hung up.
Male with Jamaican accent says I won a 4.5 Million bucks. I hung up after telling him don't call back.
Called said he was Publishers Clearing House and we won a gmc truck, 25 million dollars. He had a lot of personal information. We hung up on him.
This is the second time in the last few weeks I've received a call from Jamaica. I know one on there.

Scam call - claimed he was calling about a UPS package delivery. The 876 area code is Jamaica, and the caller id said Kingston JM, so scam call - told him I couldn't hear him and hung up.
