This call says Discovery Bay , JM . The caller had my full name . Very poor English . I hung up and private caller 1 minute after hang up . Not safe . This was a real person .
Said he was with Publisher's Clearing House and that I had won a prize. Could hardly speak English. Hung up.

Got a call from 876-825-0987. Said he was Publishers Clearing House & that I had won a prize. I was to send a check for taxes to an address in Cheyenne WY. After getting off the phone, I emailed PCH, and they assured me it was a scam
