Could barely understand but he did say I won $450,000. I told him this was a scam, kiss my a** and hung up. He call right back and asked what time was I coming to suck his ****. Reported call to do not call registry.
Said he had money for me. I hung up and He called right back. He said you don’t want your money. I said no again and hung up. He didn’t call back.
Said they were from the treasury department with rock music in the background.
Spam crap, and then when I get phone bill, since I answered it I get a charge for an international call that AT&T will not reverse. Learned to never answer a call I do not recognize or get charged 3 bucks each time. AT&T says it came from Jamica.

Received a call from 876 831-5663 at 9:20 AM on Saturday morning. I answered on the 5th ring. Male voice asked "How are you today?" I repeated "Hello?" He kept wanting me to answer how I was doing. When I wouldn't, he said "Fuck you" and disconnected
