Claiming my mother won lottery and he won't talk to me. Want's money, Is a scam.

I was notified and told that I was a "Publisher's" prize winner of $500,000, plus a Mercedes Bentz; in addition to $5000. more dollars for my child monthly. As I began to ask questions about the process, the caller became very belligerent using low-level profanity. I know it is a scam operation, and advise any one who receive a call from this number to report it immediately to the FBI, Attorney General, and local police.
