Keep every day and sometimes twice a day saying he is from Publisher Clearing House and that I won 5 million dollars and a car and 5,000 a week for the rest of my life. He wanted me to meet him at the post office for me to give him a check $400 then because I was disable it went down to $395. He said I would receive the vehicle after giving him the check (yeah right). I hung up and he keeps calling and won't stop. I do not answer the calls. But it is at the point of being harassment now.
