Jamaican man called and said I won 1 Million dollars in the Publisher's Clearing House. I told him he was a scammer and he begged me not to hang up. Is there a scammer quota they need to meet each day ? LOL
said they were publishers clearing house asking me to get pre paid cards to cover taxes on my winnings lmao
