scam, don't call them back.

I received a call telling me to call the number about a problem with my payment. I know my automatic payment went through on time with no problem. This is not a Mini or BMW phone number.

I received a telephone message and email saying they were calling with an urgent message regarding my account and I should call immediately. I did not respond but I will inform Mini Financial Services.

It's a scam. Same thing happened to me. It was a robo-call supposedly from Mini. They had the complete names and phone number we gave Mini, so I think Mini has been hacked. Tell your Mini dealer.

Number claimed to be MINI but would not connect me to a representative. I called the number I DO have for mini and they were available and told me that they don’t show records of making any calls.
