Got unwanted call from 877-221-8289?
Threatening to sue if I didn't pay for whatever they were peddling; did not pick up the call but they left an incomplete voicemail message. Knew they were FRAUDSTERS! Do NOT pick up call; block this phone number!
They called me from this # 1-877-221-8289 & they said they were W/Microsoft. Then they said I had ordered a coverage years ago that just now Expired, they said if I didn't answer their ?'s that they were going to charge my Checking account $499.00 . I told them that I didn't have that Checking account or that Computer anymore. They got really angry Then he said that I needed to give him my name, I said if Ur going to charge my checking account then U tell me my name, then I told him that I think this is a scam Then he got really angry & was talking in an Arab accent. He then got so upset & said fine, I'm going to charge Ur account & then he hung up. They called back again 2 times after that but I didn't pick up & these times he didn't leave a message... BEWARE They try to be slick & they try to Intimidate U into doing what they want....
Now calling at 2am
