Yes, I almost fell for a call from this number from people saying they represented Chase Bank and that because of COVID they had a program w here they were going to forgive all my credit card debt. Fortunately I did not have my credit card information at hand and could not give it to them in any case, plus all my accounts have been closed for a long time and I owe big balances, but I did give them some information which Chase told me would not be useful to them. I called Chase who confirmed that this is a scam so do not talk to anyone who calls from this number. One giveaway should be that the caller ID said this call was coming from Canada but the guy I spoke to said he was calling from NY.

Many calls about lowering credit card interest rate to 0%
Received call from foreign person representing themselves as VISA Card Services and/or Experian requesting lower rate on my cards. Person will request (for "verification" purposes) your expiration date and card number. I disconnected. They called back. I explained I am a Federal Agent Law Enforcement Officer (I really am), and attempted to gain info for my "verification" of them, they hung up.
