Also go a call identified as Anthem . Told me call was being recorded and wanted to confirm my identity with date of birth. Told them if they were my insurance they would know that. Voice disguised. Needless to say, they hung up on me.
Got a call from this number claiming to be my insurance company. Knew my name and my insurance company holder. Claimed it was about a time sensitive issue- was a real voice (female) that left a voicemail.
Same complaint here, no legitimate organization and call was to gather info for a surreptitious purpose, which I refused to provide. They refused to provide verifiable data.
CLAIMED TO BE FROM MEDICAL INSURANCE COMPANY. DISGUISED VOICE. ASKED FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION. I TOLD THEM THIS WAS A BULLSHIT CALL AND THEY HUNG UP.
They call many times a day at all hours. This needs to be checked out and fine them millions.

Not a recorded message, but left a voicemail claiming to be from Anthem looking to discuss resources available for doctor appointments. Even provided a reference number and asked to be called back at this phone number. It seemed fishy because Anthem never calls me, so I suspect they call to try to gather information about you.
