CALLS HOSPITAL OPERATOR COSTANTLY AND BLOCKS OUR INCOMING PHONE LINES. IT IS A NUISANCE. WE ARE ALSO AN ANSWERING SERVICE FOR MULTIPLE DOCTORS OFFICES SO YOU CAN IMMAGINE THE UNBELIEVABLE AMOUNT OF CALLS WE ARE RECEIVING THAT ARE UNNECESSARILY BLOCKING AT TIMES URGENT CALLS. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE FAXES YOU ARE SENDING, CALL THE RECIPIENT OF THE FAX YOU ARE SENDING AND MAKE SURE THEIR LINES ARE CLEAR TO SEND YOUR FAX TO THEM AND THEN CALL AND FOLLOW UP THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FAX. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR YEARS NOW. IT'S TIME FOR SOMEONE TO STEP UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING.
