Received call from 8773315021 representing themselves with Microsoft telling me Microsoft went out of business wanting to come into my computer and tell me what needed to be done to delete files also asking for bank info so they could refund what we spent on Microsoft. Peggy L. Evans

I think scammers are using someone's phone number and calling and never saying a thing. This is very disruptive because it takes time away from correct callers. GOVERMENT NEEDS TO CRACK DOWN ON THESE CALLS SHOULD BE FINED IN MY BOOK $15,000.00 THEN MAYBE THEY WOULD THINK TWICE ON CALLING PEOPLE.
