Got unwanted call from 877-384-1465?
Same number, 877-384-1465, its a scam. Called UHC directly at their number posted online and they confirmed that they're getting lots of calls about the scammers. I'm in Washington State.
I called UHC snd had th cross-reference the number and 8773841465 was not a part of their directory. When you speak to them you'll hear how unprofessional untrained and unrepresentative of UHC. To the person claiming to be from that department, you must be in on a scam. When you are dealing with a child the parent must be verified too!!! These people are only interested in the children's information.
I also received a phone call from 877-384-1465 and I don't care if it is a legitimate call. With all the scams we get warned about if it's important SEND A LETTER with phone numbers we know as legitimate. And stop bothering trying to call us, because those who have been warned and made aware, of so many scams going on are not going to bother to waste their time or personal info safety by answering!!!

This is a legitimate business, as I do work for this department and United healthcare. This is a courtesy service that we provide to our members, who have Medicaid/Medicare with UHC, to help members set up preventative care appts with their providers. You are also more than welcome to call your state case worker, to confirm which health benefit plan you and/or your case worker has selected for you through Medicaid/Medicare. ??

Received a call from 877-384-1465 claiming to be United Healthcare looking to speak to my daughter with Special Needs. They told me it was urgent they speak with her and would not give me any further details except to call 877-384-1465 to speak to customer service. When I called the # back I was asked to enter the "code" they gave me and then I was disconnected. I'm guessing this was a Scam call as I called back several times and got nowhere. Looked up the # online and saw other complaints about this scam number.
