Got unwanted call from 877-404-5801?
Received vm saying to call Casey back regarding letter sent with our electric bill. This is a scam, and I wish these calls would stop
After receiving a call earlier in the day in regards to our frontier power account we then received this fax from Katie saying its time to renew our agreement or our rates will go up. The thing is we do not have an agreement.
No more calls, now they are faxing letters about your renewal terms - no specifics on the fax just their number to call them- BEWARE I am sure it is a telemarketing contact

The phone call coming in showed on the caller ID as a local funeral home. When answered it was an automatic announcement from Casey regarding your electric bill to please call 877-404-5801! How distasteful! I in turn called the number, received answer from a call center....asked for Casey, they put me on hold then came back and hung up on me! THIS IS RIDICOULOUS!!
