When I answered with hello the responded with my name, I did not say anything, then they said is this Richard. I made the mistake of saying yes and was immediately hung up on. 07/22/19 10 AM pst.

This number never stops calling me. I have no idea who it is or what they want because I refuse to answer. Still, it goes on and on every day even though I will not answer the call.
