Got unwanted call from 877-550-1382?
Received a call from "Simone" from "Sallie Mae/ Navient" promising to eliminate my student loan debt and thanked me for a submission which I never did and left a reference number demanding a call back today to take advantage of this "GREAT OPPORTUNITY"..this is a total SCAM they have also called me from (607)821-4204..this number has also been flagged as a scam. Moreover, these people have resorted to even emailing claiming to have the same "program" to help eliminate student loan debt, they even went as far as claiming to having a Black Friday special that I could take advantage of..I just chuckled..no loan will EVER offer a discount on a legal promissory note esp student loans which can't even be resolved w/ bankruptcy!! STAY SHARP,SAFE & NEVER GIVE INFO TO ANYONE! If it sounds to good to be true...IT IS!!!!
The following is an email I sent my neighbor. "I got an odd phone call this morning. A woman by the name of Martin from Navient called asking for you.. Somehow she knew we were neighbors and had gotten my cell #. She said the phone # she had for you was broken. She wanted to know if I could give her your contact information. Her phone is 877-550-1382. The reference # is 849-099. I may or may not return her call to let her know I've sent you this email (allowing you to contact her yourself if that's what you want). Personally, I'm a little rattled I got googled. FYI,"
I have no clue who this is calling my number
