Call said to be from Department of Health, with no identification of a specific state or federal agency. Calling to conduct an unspecified survey related to health issues.

call from 877-551-0214 asking for private information supposed to be from bank of America. they called both of my cell phone one rigth after the other. i hung up.
Direct TV/ATT call to return back to them for service. Middle Eastern voice on the other end sounded similar to the credit card SCAM calls. Suspicious call.
called saying they were directv and could lower my bill. When I told them I was tired of the scam calls they hung up.
Robo call for AT&T and Direct TV, press one for lower rates, Indian accented man who says he is actually working for AT&T. I have received these calls for over a week and block the number each time so there are multiple numbers.
Spam calls 20+ calls throughout the day. Been going on for about a week.

Call claimed to be from Wisconsin Dept of health. I wouldn't take survey until I knew who it was from. She gave me a web site and the phone number 877-551-6138. I wasn't able to find the website with what she gave me, but later found it - one letter was off https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/stats/brfs.htm This seems to be a legit survey in conjunction with the federal CDC covering all 50 states. If I want to participate I have to call 877-551-6138 and set up an appointment.
