company calling stating that we have requested to cancel their services of taking care of our online account but they would need to collect $800 for our final invoice. After calling her bluff she stated she would go ahead and cancel the billing as it must have been a mistake. If they were legit they wouldn't have been so easy to "cancel" and $800 bill. Give me a break! Be careful of this scammer.

Live caller trying to get me to pay an $800 bill for some service that I supposedly cancelled, and he hoped to convince me to renew. He told me that the call was going to be recorded. I stopped him and asked him to repeat what company he was with; he kept talking over me. I again asked him to repeat the name of his company, and then he used my first name as if he couldn't hear me. I snapped "Yes?" and then realized immediately that I should not be allowing him to record that word. He repeated my name and I hung up.
