Same as above - i just blocked because I was constantly being called - no message was ever left
Have called me about every 12 hours leaving no message and I will not answer a call I do not know because a legit caller will leave a message.
Scam call. They have called every day for at least a week, possibly months as I don't normally answer unknown numbers and did when i was expecting a call. They said it was Spectrum calling about a balance owed on equipment not returned. I thought it was true as i had vacated a place a few months ago and did not return the equipment. I told them i would contact them to take care of it as I was not comfortable giving out my info over an incoming phone call from an unknown number. They continued to call for days. After receiving no bills and showing $0 balance online I contacted Spectrum and do not owe anything. Do not give any info. Scams like this go on all the time so just don't ever give this sort of info over the phone on some random incoming call. Most companies will not just call you requesting you provide payment right now.
They called about 10 times in 10 days. Left no voice mail. I picked up twice. I didn't say a word. I heard a male voice in the background say something to the effect "Spectrum, collection, blah, blah, blah. I called Spectrum as had recently moved and terminated my Spectrum contract Spectrum rep told me I had a zero balance and service was terminated by me. This is a SCAM. Do Not answer and DO NOT give any financial or identity info.
Robocall. It went to voicemail and a robot asked if it was me (had my first name correct). Asked twice asking for yes or no answer, then the message ends.
