Just found on my bank statement that charged me 14.95 on my debit card.
Debited my account for $14.95. Called and they said I had a membership. I said no I didn't but did purchase items from them in October. She said my account will be credited. We'll see....
I had them take money off my debit card and they were not authorized to do $14.95

I just noticed a charge of $14.95 on my bank statement, By the date I knew I did not purchase anything from Collections recently, Back in December I did make a purchase that was three months ago. I have never heard of this fee before. I called collections and asked what this charge was, I was told it is a fee for discounts ETC! NO WAY BESIDE THE SHIPPING AND TAXES IT RAISES THE PRICE UP SHAME ON YOU COLLECTIONS!
