Robo call telling me my Amazon account frozen due to suspicious charges.
number on caller id, no message. called the number and it rang one time then dead air.
I was told I had a balance owed that I needed to pay and that my account was being sent to collections, I informed the person I would call customer service and asked for a call back number. When I called back I too heard an automated voice saying I needed to wait for the next available representative with no company name or info. After 7 minutes on hold the phone rang and then there was silence.
As soon as I answer the phone I'm asked to wait for the next available representative. No indication of who is calling or why I need to wait
War dialer, no response, then an open mic with people talking. They are now blocked with out phone company like every other spam caller
