Got unwanted call from 877-995-0999?
Fake law firm
same talked to a jackass at Oberman and associates and they refused to verify their physical address so I could "verify they are not a scammer/fraud"
My husband received a call, unknown number but message recording from a "Jason Craig" cited your 844 number above. Also called and left a message on his work voicemail. SUPER frustrating. I did call the number. an Oberman and Asscoiated answered. Rude, sketchy and would not verify any of their information such as physicial address so I could establish it was not a fraud. told me one time, "you're obviously angry let me transfer you to someone who has the patience to deal with you" LOL YES HE DID then someone answered that said "supervisor". Oh yes, I called back again after they called my husband work. Requested physical address to verify business and was met with "whatcha got?" No sir, I need your address to verify this is not a scam/fraud. See, I received a message from a Jason Craig, yet when I calle the number provided you are not Jason Craig, you answer "Oberman and Associates" to which he replies "let me transfer you to compliance" :earlier you said you were transferring me to a supervisor" click
Looks like they changed their number but I got one today as well as my son 844-914-4182 same exact message as everyone here ????
I had the same call as you giving me a case 2021-123-906 from phone number 877 995 0999 saying they are going to put a lien on my truck for a unpaid bill from 2002. When I called them I was hung up on 3 times. Then they told me my court date was March 19 but they didn't know the time. I called my court house and they found nothing on their docket and she said for us at all for the date they had mentioned. So I called them back and told them that I called my county court house and there is nothing on record, Johnathan Salazar that's what he calls himself I told them they are scammers and he burst out laughing telling me oh you say that because you cant pay your debts. What a joke well its not my debt it's my new husbands and his x wifes debt from 20 years ago.
I received two voicemails from someone named Nadine Richards on my work cell today that said my county sheriff's Process Server Dispatch department "due to failed communication with the Firm" and aid to "reference case number 2021118775. Keep in mind that failing to communicate with The Firm may result in further proceedings without your knowledge or participation."
Received call from 877-995-0099 asked if someone was going to be home for the next 3 hours because someone had to sign for legal paperwork. I am working from home and no one showed up, but go ahead and try while we are out we have a pittbull and a mastiff :) they did provide a case # but have no idea what it is for and would not disclose any info on the phone
We’re dealing with the same thing. They called my husbands place of employment yesterday and the. Called his work cell phone today and left a similar message as the others have posted. I fell like it’s a scam.
No idea what they are trying to call me for, but the VM they left said the following: Attention this is Rachael with the process service dispatch. This call is to notify the resident that another attempt is going to be made today to issue about a summons to appear...blah blah blah. They've only called me once, and they reached out to my wife and my father. I have no debt unpaid, no tickets, nothing. They are barking up the wrong tree.
Received a message on my phone from "Process Service Dispatch" referencing a case number. I called the number Oberman Law associates.
