SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...They say they are from Dell and call from many other numbers as well. Dell WILL NOT call you to fix your computer and this is directly from a Dell Rep. When you have an issue with your computer, you call Dell. They don't make random calls to any of their customers. This is a SCAM according to Dell.
