I received a call from 888-213-4142 saying that it was Consumer Cellular and that my account is overdue. The amount supposedly overdue was not the usual monthly cost we pay. We have never paid the account by check or phone; the payment has come out of our checking account as an auto pay for many years.
Exceeded usage. Call 1-888-213-4142. Washington State.
HiYa identified 888-213-4142 as a Consumer Cellular number. I called 611 from my mothers mobile phone (phone the message was received on) and they say her account in fine and that is NOT one of their contact numbers!
